Our normal sized lots are 50' x 125' - which is a large space! If you like even larger yards, we have some that
are 70' x 135'. The subdivision is located within city limits, so that means we have city services such as water,
trash and sewer provided. Also, Magic Valley is our electric provider and they are less expensive compared to most
public options.
We have placed within the community newer homes that are 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, and are over 1200 sq. ft.
living! We provide all move and set up, the lot, driveway, electrical hookups, water and sewer connections, air
conditioner units, stove, and refrigerator. Finally, we use a cement board material for the skirting so you won't
be seeing skirting with holes on our newer homes.
